Yoga & Teaching Journey:
I discovered yoga over 20 years ago while immersed in strength training and running half marathons. It became my ‘off days’ boy was I wrong! It wasn’t until I became a full-time working mom that yogas deeper meaning truly clicked. That saying—you can hear something a thousand times before you understand it— or until you are ready to hear it, was my reality. Yoga became my tool for healing from the inside out, restoring both my mental and physical strength. It’s not just a practice—it’s how I stay grounded, strong, and present in everyday life.

The Hotroom:
Living in a cold climate, I was instantly drawn to the heat of the Hotroom. It’s more than just the sweat—it’s a full-body detox. The warmth, the darkness, the stillness—it’s where I can completely tune in and let go. As a mom of four, I’m constantly needed, but at The hotroom, I’m just with myself. It’s a safe, inclusive space where I don’t feel watched or judged—only supported.

Fun Facts
• I have one tattoo: the fraction ⅔ π.
• Ketchup chips were my first love.
• I quit sports pretty early in my teen years because I didn’t like to sweat (ironic)
