Yoga & Teaching Journey:
Yoga has helped me connect to my mind, body, and spirit in a way I didn’t realize was possible through exercise and movement. After each practice, I feel more regulated, calm, and genuinely happier version of myself. I first discovered yoga in the early 2000s through a university class. After a long break—including injuries and life detours—I returned in 2019 as a gentle reintroduction to movement after stepping away from CrossFit. That return sparked a deeper connection and ultimately led me to pursue teaching.

The Hotroom:
The Hotroom is my safe space—a place where I always feel welcome and supported. No matter what I bring with me that day, I’m encouraged to show up and practice in whatever way feels right for me.

Fun Facts:
• I’ve been inside a Colombian prison.
• I’ve flown a small airplane while working in the Arctic Circle.
• The band I’ve seen live the most is Bad Religion.
